Lead the Credit & Payments engineering team using the Microsoft .NET stack. Define user stories, mentor developers, enforce code quality (SonarCloud, reviews), own production monitoring and KPIs, collaborate with product and architecture, capture requirements, resolve technical issues, recruit team members, and drive delivery in a fintech payments environment.

Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the Cards portfolio. Lead an agile development team building enterprise-grade .NET trading systems. Define user stories, coach engineers, ensure code quality (SonarCloud), own production monitoring/KPIs, collaborate with analysts and architects, participate in recruitment, and drive delivery and continuous improvement.

Own day-to-day social and digital execution: create and publish organic and paid social content, run short-form video, manage community, email campaigns, websites (WordPress) and app marketing (MMP, ASO), track performance, and optimise campaigns to drive app installs, sign-ups and conversions.

Partner with the Performance & Talent Manager to embed and run performance management cycles, improve goal/KPI quality, enable managers, drive adoption, maintain performance systems and data, and support development and feedback practices across the organisation.

Own and deliver investment-vertical marketing: ensure brand consistency and regulatory-compliant content across channels, coordinate multi-channel campaigns and product launches, manage WordPress publishing and email/social execution, liaise with compliance and stakeholders, and run investor events and community activities.

Perform financial analysis and prepare listing application documentation for listing applicants. Review due diligence reports, research regulatory frameworks, liaise with stakeholders, proofread documents, and provide general administrative support. Gain exposure to capital markets and receive training.

Lead and scale Moneybase Business Sales: define corporate sales strategy, build and manage a B2B sales team in Malta, target SMEs and EU corporate clients across payments, card issuing, treasury, FX and integrations, own revenue targets, forecasting and pipeline, set KPIs and processes, collaborate with product and marketing, ensure strong onboarding and customer experience, and report to the CCO.

Support Head of AML to implement and monitor the AML programme, review transactions, submit suspicious activity reports, liaise with regulators, draft AML policies, assist remediation and risk assessments, and report KPIs to senior management.

Lead the investments product team to deliver enterprise-grade .NET software. Own roadmap, prioritize backlog, run sprints, mentor developers, liaise with stakeholders, perform high-level UAT, and ensure quality, delivery, and alignment with business goals.
