Supports business customer onboarding by logging applications, collecting and chasing documents, entering data, checking document completeness, tracking SLA deadlines, preparing files for review, and maintaining audit-ready records. Lead the Credit & Payments engineering team using the Microsoft .NET stack. Define user stories, mentor developers, enforce code quality (SonarCloud, reviews), own production monitoring and KPIs, collaborate with product and architecture, capture requirements, resolve technical issues, recruit team members, and drive delivery in a fintech payments environment.

Drives B2B growth by acquiring and managing clients for Moneybase business accounts. Responsibilities include market research, networking, relationship management, proposal and contract development, deal negotiation, key account management, upselling, financial projections, and reporting business development metrics. The role collaborates with Marketing and requires strong communication, presentation, pipeline development, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the Cards portfolio. Define, prioritise and ship card features, partner with Risk/Compliance/Legal, collaborate with Engineering/Design/Data, manage third-party card partners, monitor KPIs, lead and develop the product team, and ensure compliance with card schemes, PCI-DSS and relevant financial regulation.

Perform financial analysis and prepare listing application documentation for listing applicants. Review due diligence reports, research regulatory frameworks, liaise with stakeholders, proofread documents, and provide general administrative support. Gain exposure to capital markets and receive training.

Lead and scale Moneybase Business Sales: define corporate sales strategy, build and manage a B2B sales team in Malta, target SMEs and EU corporate clients across payments, card issuing, treasury, FX and integrations, own revenue targets, forecasting and pipeline, set KPIs and processes, collaborate with product and marketing, ensure strong onboarding and customer experience, and report to the CCO.

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of on‑premises and Azure infrastructure. Administer Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, Windows/Linux, VMware, and networking. Drive cloud adoption, modernization, security, patching, DR, and incident escalation while documenting systems and working with vendors and dev teams.
