Supports business customer onboarding by logging applications, collecting and chasing documents, entering data, checking document completeness, tracking SLA deadlines, preparing files for review, and maintaining audit-ready records. The role provides administrative support to onboarding analysts and the wider Fraud & Onboarding team, including scheduling, reporting inputs, and capacity tracking. It is a high-volume processing and coordination position with no decision-making responsibility.

Own end-to-end recruitment across Calamatta Cuschieri and Moneybase, partnering with hiring managers to define talent needs, source and assess candidates, manage offers and onboarding handovers, and maintain ATS data and recruitment reporting. Track hiring metrics, improve recruitment effectiveness, support employer branding, and build talent pipelines through universities and external partners. The role also provides broader people-partnering support, including employee performance, development, and experience initiatives.

Assist with administration of a portfolio of funds and related structures. Responsibilities include reviewing NAVs, meeting daily deadlines, liaising with fund managers, auditors, and service providers, compiling regulatory filings, preparing statutory reports, supporting team leadership, training junior staff, and improving procedures. The role requires strong knowledge of fund structures, valuation principles, NAV processes, client relationship management, analytical skills, organization, communication, and attention to detail.
