Lead the Credit & Payments engineering team using the Microsoft .NET stack. Define user stories, mentor developers, enforce code quality (SonarCloud, reviews), own production monitoring and KPIs, collaborate with product and architecture, capture requirements, resolve technical issues, recruit team members, and drive delivery in a fintech payments environment.

Supports the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, contracts, HRIS maintenance, payroll inputs, employee queries, performance management, benefits, training coordination, reporting, and engagement initiatives. Ensures compliance with company policies, data protection requirements, and Maltese employment legislation while supporting managers, employees, audits, and People & Culture projects.

Support Head of AML to implement and monitor the AML programme, review transactions, submit suspicious activity reports, liaise with regulators, draft AML policies, assist remediation and risk assessments, and report KPIs to senior management.
