Support the Head of Capital Markets in originating, structuring, and executing debt and equity transactions. Manage stakeholders and advisors, prepare financial analysis, offering documents, and presentations, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor pipelines and market developments, and represent the function at events.

Develop and maintain server-side logic, core libraries, and distributed microservice applications for fintech products. Ensure high performance, participate in code reviews, use TDD, implement CQRS and messaging systems, support CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot production issues, document work, and collaborate across teams to design and deploy new features.

Advise clients on investments, insurance, pensions and savings; conduct financial planning reviews; manage and review client portfolios from branch locations; provide objective, confidential advice to maximize client satisfaction.
