Build Cadence’s testimonial content engine by identifying and contacting patients and providers, conducting compliant interviews, producing transcripts and first-cut edits in Descript, organizing assets, surfacing compelling stories, applying AI productivity tools, and coordinating with design and marketing to distribute testimonial content across owned channels.

Own provider relationships and end-to-end deployment of Cadence’s clinical programs across physician practices and health systems. Own the analytical strategy for a digital primary care program by defining KPIs, building dbt data models, maintaining the Snowflake/Fivetran/dbt stack, and delivering analytics, forecasting, revenue modeling, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows. Translate patient, EHR, clinical, and operational data into actionable insights for product, care delivery, operations, leadership, health systems, and payers.

Owns full-cycle recruiting for Clinical Navigator and other healthcare roles. Responsibilities include managing requisitions and pipelines in Greenhouse, sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, partnering with clinical operations leaders on structured interviews, screening candidates, analyzing recruiting funnel data, and building talent pipelines for anticipated hiring needs in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Product Management Intern responsible for discovering patient, clinician, and care-team needs; translating ambiguous problems into product requirements, workflows, and success metrics; and partnering with engineering, design, clinical, and operations teams to prototype, launch, and iterate AI-powered healthcare experiences. The intern will own a defined product initiative from discovery through iteration, contribute to mock prototypes and code, and support activities such as patient-call shadowing and care-team training.

Leads Cadence’s unified marketing organization, building demand generation and ABM programs targeting health systems and enterprise healthcare buyers. Design, deploy, and operate production clinical AI agents that synthesize patient data, retrieve clinical knowledge, use tools, generate care recommendations, and escalate to clinicians. Own LLM workflow reliability, observability, cost efficiency, evaluation, safety testing, RAG optimization, orchestration, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with clinical, product, and engineering teams to build reliable AI systems for chronic disease care.

Lead the technical vision, architecture, and development of Cadence’s AI-powered Clinical Intelligence platform. Build reliable clinical decision-support and medication recommendation systems using patient data, clinical protocols, safety rules, and clinician oversight. Hire, mentor, and grow AI, backend, and full-stack engineers while establishing engineering standards, testing, observability, validation, and regulatory-readiness practices. Partner with clinical, product, design, and AI stakeholders to deliver safe, scalable production systems.
