Owns full-cycle recruiting for Clinical Navigator and other healthcare roles. Responsibilities include managing requisitions and pipelines in Greenhouse, sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, partnering with clinical operations leaders on structured interviews, screening candidates, analyzing recruiting funnel data, and building talent pipelines for anticipated hiring needs in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Product Management Intern responsible for discovering patient, clinician, and care-team needs; translating ambiguous problems into product requirements, workflows, and success metrics; and partnering with engineering, design, clinical, and operations teams to prototype, launch, and iterate AI-powered healthcare experiences. The intern will own a defined product initiative from discovery through iteration, contribute to mock prototypes and code, and support activities such as patient-call shadowing and care-team training.
