Supports safety committees, independent assessors, certification activities, engineering safety, and product acceptance while advising senior management and managing stakeholders across a large rail transit project.

Administer project document control for fleet maintenance operations, including uploading, reviewing, transmitting, distributing, archiving, and retrieving controlled documents. Maintain Aconex, SharePoint, control logs, databases, and ISO 9001 compliance. Coordinate internal reviews, prepare document packages and recurring reports, develop and present KPIs, perform quality checks, and communicate potential issues to senior management while collaborating with customers, suppliers, partners, and unionized maintenance personnel.

Provides expert application support for mission-critical rail software used in train dispatch, asset management, and resource scheduling. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, incident and problem management, system maintenance, upgrades, performance monitoring, user training, documentation, vendor coordination, and process improvement. The role requires deep rail operations and safety knowledge, SQL and database expertise, experience with enterprise rail systems, and participation in after-hours or on-call support.

Research, write, validate, and maintain technical procedures, maintenance instructions, operating procedures, circulars, and equipment manuals for rail fleet operations. Interpret engineering documents, ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory standards, optimize maintenance processes, develop KPIs, validate procedures, and prepare recurring operational reports while collaborating with management, suppliers, customers, partners, and unionized maintenance personnel.

Leads training for legacy rail fleet maintenance operations, including designing and delivering courses, e-learning, assessments, competency validation, and refresher programs. Partners with leadership and project managers to identify needs, schedule training, maintain records, ensure safety and policy compliance, evaluate effectiveness, report KPIs, and improve maintenance and troubleshooting efficiency. Serves as a subject matter expert and supports a strong safety-focused workplace culture.

Provides expert technical guidance for legacy rail fleet maintenance, including locomotives and passenger coaches. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex equipment issues, verifying resolutions, reviewing technical documentation, training maintenance personnel, advising stakeholders, addressing product design concerns, developing KPIs, preparing reports, and escalating potential complications to senior management while ensuring HSE and company policy compliance.

Partners with business leaders on talent management, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, performance programs, and succession planning. Maintains HR data and integrations across Oracle HCM, ADP, and related systems; supports audits, HRIS testing, mass data changes, and process documentation. Advises managers on employment matters, conducts investigations, supports unionized workforce requirements, and drives employee development and organizational initiatives.

Leads commercial strategy, contract negotiation and management, client and contracting-authority relationships, financial analysis, compliance, risk management, and team leadership. Provides first-line IT support for fleet maintenance operations, including hardware and software troubleshooting, user account lifecycle management, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint and mobile device management, IIS support, asset tracking, procurement assistance, documentation, and performance reporting. The role supports desktops, laptops, printers, iPhones, Zebra tablets, and enterprise systems while coordinating with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Oversee the design, operation, security, scalability, and performance of on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure. Lead infrastructure teams, manage networks, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms, vendors, budgets, and technology projects. Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans, conduct security audits and testing, maintain compliance documentation, support audits, and coordinate infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and deployments.

Coordinate and deliver technical, safety, onboarding, and competency-based training for maintenance operations. Performs RAMS and systems engineering analysis for fleet maintenance and operations. Tracks reliability and fleet-performance KPIs, investigates equipment failures, supports root-cause analysis and RCM methodologies, identifies risks, prepares reports, and leads cross-functional process-improvement initiatives while ensuring safety, environmental, contractual, and operational requirements are met.
