Serve as the first dedicated HR professional for two sister companies: build HR infrastructure and policies, select and implement HRIS/payroll/ATS, manage onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, HR metrics, and learning and development while supporting leadership and an HR Coordinator.

As a Risk Management Advisor, you will build a book of business through networking, connect with clients, and provide tailored risk management advice. You will receive training and mentorship to enhance your skills while striving to meet monthly goals.

Build a book of insurance business by developing referral partnerships and advising clients on home, auto, and personal asset coverage. Complete structured training, use carrier quoting systems and CRM, sell policies, follow up for renewals, and work closely with mentors and sales leadership to grow pipeline and long-term renewal income.

Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing inside sales organization: manage performance metrics and CRM discipline, hire and develop advisors, improve sales processes, partner cross-functionally, and build scalable playbooks to increase conversion and productivity.

Handle inbound warm insurance leads, assess customers' home/auto/umbrella needs, explain coverage options, quote and sell policies, cross-sell add-ons, follow up to close sales, and maintain CRM activity and pipeline. Participate in training and meet daily activity and performance goals.
