As a Risk Management Advisor, you will build a book of business through networking, connect with clients, and provide tailored risk management advice. You will receive training and mentorship to enhance your skills while striving to meet monthly goals.

Build a book of insurance business by developing referral partnerships, advising clients on home/auto/personal policies, quoting and selling carrier products, maintaining CRM pipeline, and participating in structured training and mentorship to grow renewal and new-business commissions.

Advise and sell personal insurance (home, auto, umbrella) to warm leads: qualify needs, explain options, quote and close sales, cross-sell, follow up, and maintain CRM while meeting daily activity and performance targets. Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching.
