Partner with Creative, Analytics, UX, Web, and Data Science to improve attribution, measurement, landing pages, and campaign efficiency. Maintain tracking implementation, campaign QA, documentation, and reporting while evaluating new platform capabilities and serving as the internal paid social subject-matter expert.

Own strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of SEM programs across Google and Microsoft ecosystems. Manage campaign architecture, bidding, budgets, shopping feeds, audience targeting, testing, measurement, and multi-million-dollar media investments. Partner with Analytics, Data Science, Creative, UX, and Web teams to improve attribution, conversion tracking, and ROI while serving as internal SEM subject matter expert.

Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for VoIP services (BroadWorks, Webex Calling), document tickets, analyze recurring issues, collaborate with engineering and vendors, and identify service improvements.
