Own post-implementation relationships with business customers, serving as a trusted technical advisor and primary contact. Resolve and escalate issues, manage tickets and SLAs, document customer processes, coordinate internal technical teams, provide status updates and root-cause analysis, identify systemic improvements, recommend products and technologies, and facilitate account revenue opportunities. The role also includes mentoring team members and maintaining accurate customer and billing data.

Execute, traffic, and optimize omnichannel campaigns across traditional and digital media. Monitor performance metrics, manage media assets and schedules, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, ensure brand and legal compliance, administer media reporting systems, and identify optimization opportunities through analytics. The role also supports campaign documentation, invoicing, tagging, and emerging media measurement practices.

Build and manage enterprise and government customer accounts through business-to-business sales. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation, networking, customer appointments, referrals, door-to-door sales, relationship development, full-cycle sales management, and meeting or exceeding productivity and revenue targets. The role requires strong communication, quota achievement, Microsoft Office proficiency, flexible hours, and travel across multiple company locations.
