Own and manage post-implementation customer accounts as a trusted technical advisor. Proactively resolve issues, manage tickets and SLAs, document customer configurations, align internal teams, identify product improvements and revenue opportunities, and mentor teammates to strengthen long-term customer relationships.

The Manager, Indirect Tax oversees compliance operations for sales/use tax, property tax, and business licenses, managing a team and ensuring accuracy across tax-related processes.
