Design, deploy, integrate, optimize, and support LTE EPC and 5G packet core (NSA/SA). Troubleshoot multi-vendor networks, perform packet analysis, capacity planning, upgrades, automation, and cloud-native deployments. Level III leads architecture, migration, and mentoring; Level I/II provide implementation and advanced support.
