Coordinate agency-wide data collection and reporting to ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, laws, and QAPI requirements. Leads organization-wide bereavement services across hospice agencies, establishing standards, workflows, policies, quality measures, budgets, and compliant operations. Supervises bereavement teams, coordinates volunteers, and oversees planning and evaluation of services, including an annual children’s bereavement camp. Requires a California-licensed mental health professional with clinical supervision certification and extensive experience in grief, loss, chronic illness, therapy, and multi-site program leadership.

Lead enterprise-wide learning and development strategy for clinical and non-clinical staff, manage the LMS and training compliance, design curricula and leadership programs, support onboarding and clinical rotations, measure learning outcomes, supervise Education Department staff, and ensure programs support regulatory, accreditation, quality, and engagement goals.

Design and deliver social work and spiritual care training, mentor clinicians and ASWs, develop learning strategies and materials, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient and employee experience and support organizational culture.
