Lead regional business development to drive census growth by building referral networks, mentoring field teams, expanding market presence, and using CRM/analytics to track KPIs. Manage relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, and community partners; align BD efforts with clinical and operational teams; ensure compliance and report results to executive leadership.

Design and deliver social work and spiritual care training, mentor clinicians and ASWs, develop learning strategies and materials, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient and employee experience and support organizational culture.

Lead enterprise-wide learning and development strategy for clinical and non-clinical staff, manage the LMS and training compliance, design curricula and leadership programs, support onboarding and clinical rotations, measure learning outcomes, supervise Education Department staff, and ensure programs support regulatory, accreditation, quality, and engagement goals.

Coordinate agency-wide data collection and reporting to ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, laws, and QAPI requirements. Support quality improvement activities, audits, complaint resolution, survey prep, and project management. Administer policy management system, work with informatics to produce utilization, compliance, and quality reports, and maintain data integrity for benchmarking and performance improvement.

Provide after-hours skilled nursing and hospice care to patients in San Francisco and Marin counties. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing services, coordinate with physicians and community resources, maintain communication with team leaders, and ensure compliance with agency policies and CDPH vaccine requirements.
