Lead enterprise-wide learning and development strategy for clinical and non-clinical staff, manage the LMS and training compliance, design curricula and leadership programs, support onboarding and clinical rotations, measure learning outcomes, supervise Education Department staff, and ensure programs support regulatory, accreditation, quality, and engagement goals.

Per-diem after-hours registered nurse providing skilled hospice and home health care. Perform assessments, implement and evaluate nursing plans, coordinate with physicians and community resources, and communicate patient status to team leaders to maximize patient comfort and quality of life.

Coordinate agency-wide data collection and reporting to ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, laws, and QAPI requirements. Support quality improvement activities, audits, complaint resolution, survey prep, and project management. Administer policy management system, work with informatics to produce utilization, compliance, and quality reports, and maintain data integrity for benchmarking and performance improvement.
