Supports the CEO by managing schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, events, special projects, and administrative workflows. Coordinates meeting materials, minutes, follow-ups, conference logistics, and communications with senior leaders, board members, committees, and external stakeholders. Monitors assignments, deadlines, governance requirements, organizational bylaws, and regulatory compliance related to corporate administration.

Manage large-scale, cross-department programs and projects, including planning, stakeholder management, risk monitoring, mitigation, budgeting, effort estimation, and resource allocation. The role requires developing comprehensive program plans and adapting strategies to changing circumstances while coordinating initiatives across the healthcare organization.

Lead regional business development to drive census growth by building referral networks, mentoring field teams, expanding market presence, and using CRM/analytics to track KPIs. Manage relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, and community partners; align BD efforts with clinical and operational teams; ensure compliance and report results to executive leadership.
