Supervise and analyze logistics performance for offshore operations, develop KPIs and dashboards, consolidate logistics data, monitor contractor SLAs, and drive digitalization and continuous improvement of logistics processes and reporting.

Manage operational readiness and performance of shorebase facilities to support offshore drilling, production and subsea projects. Serve as primary logistics liaison, oversee warehousing, cargo handling, vessel activities, and third‑party providers. Monitor KPIs, enforce HSE and emergency plans, support contracts/invoices, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with offshore stakeholders.

Lead and execute process safety studies and risk assessments, manage Safety Critical Elements and barriers, guide management of change, develop/process safety programs and standards, support governance/audits, deliver corrective actions, and share lessons learned across operations to ensure compliance and ALARP risk mitigation.

Ensure integrity, performance, and readiness of Subsea Production Systems. Plan and support subsea operations and interventions, manage tooling and equipment, assess and refurbish stored equipment, review documentation and risk assessments, coordinate vendors and HSE compliance, and contribute to procedural and safety documentation.

Plan and execute supply chain activities including sourcing, procurement, logistics, contract negotiations and lifecycle management. Lead bidding and vendor qualification, perform market analysis, maintain SharePoint and systems, ensure compliance, and support business development.

Manage end-to-end procurement of small-to-medium equipment packages for offshore units: sourcing, RFQs, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, supplier management, expediting, logistics, ERP/IFS purchase orders, reporting, and leading a team of purchasers while ensuring compliance, cost control and alignment with global supply chain practices.

Lead and support global total rewards, HRIS, and mobility programs including compensation review cycles, benefits administration, benchmarking, pay equity, HRIS configuration and data governance, international assignment modelling, and remuneration committee reporting. Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external providers to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and effective governance across multi-country operations.

Supervise mechanical maintenance of topside production equipment aboard vessels; plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, manage spare parts inventory, support troubleshooting, maintain accurate maintenance records in IFS, ensure safety/compliance, train and coach deck mechanics, and drive continuous improvement.
