Support tax operations in Brazil by assisting with calculation and filing of direct and indirect taxes, calculating withholding on supplier invoices, maintaining clearance and digital certificates, reconciling tax records with accounting, and supporting audits, tax assessments, and documentation for tax incentives.

Ensure integrity, performance, and readiness of Subsea Production Systems. Plan and support subsea operations and interventions, manage tooling and equipment, assess and refurbish stored equipment, review documentation and risk assessments, coordinate vendors and HSE compliance, and contribute to procedural and safety documentation.

Manage and support IFS Cloud ERP processes across Brazilian tax, finance, and supply chain functions. Responsibilities include user support, issue resolution, testing, documentation, training, application changes, implementation initiatives, process optimization, master-data quality, and coordination with vendors and internal teams. The role requires knowledge of Brazil localization, Avalara Tax, fiscal note functionality, CRIM, and related ERP integrations, plus fluent English and Portuguese. Some travel is required.

Provides comprehensive HR support for offshore personnel across the employee lifecycle, including crew planning, training, vacations, medical exams, compensation, recruitment, performance management, documentation, visas, and regulatory compliance. Serves as the HR focal point for offshore leaders and employees, coordinates with manning and manpower providers, manages personnel changes and risk assessments, and advises managers on Brazilian labor and offshore industry requirements.

Manage end-to-end procurement of small-to-medium equipment packages for offshore units: sourcing, RFQs, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, supplier management, expediting, logistics, ERP/IFS purchase orders, reporting, and leading a team of purchasers while ensuring compliance, cost control and alignment with global supply chain practices.

Manage onboard inventory and warehouse operations for an FPSO, maintain accurate stock control records, receive and issue materials, prepare requisitions and codes, support disembarkation logistics, perform audits, create non-conformance reports, and ensure compliance with Quality, HSE, and company procedures while coordinating with onshore procurement and logistics.
