Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, documentation, invoices and certificates; liaise with suppliers; expedite and identify delays; coordinate transportation and freight forwarding; control freight costs; verify electronic invoices (NF-e); update ERP and produce daily materials reports; handle discrepancies and ensure compliance with PO and company requirements.

Support tax operations in Brazil by assisting with calculation and filing of direct and indirect taxes, calculating withholding on supplier invoices, maintaining clearance and digital certificates, reconciling tax records with accounting, and supporting audits, tax assessments, and documentation for tax incentives.

Supervise mechanical maintenance of topside production equipment aboard vessels; plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, manage spare parts inventory, support troubleshooting, maintain accurate maintenance records in IFS, ensure safety/compliance, train and coach deck mechanics, and drive continuous improvement.
