Provide senior technical leadership for mechanical design of UL 891 low-voltage switchboards from concept through fabrication-ready documentation. Senior supply chain leader responsible for building and scaling end-to-end supply chain for a growing manufacturer. Lead demand and supply planning, SIOP, procurement, warehouse operations, material flow, and detailed scheduling. Own the rolling 12-month unconstrained demand forecast, translate pipeline and bookings into a consensus demand plan, lead demand reviews with Commercial leadership, apply statistical forecasting and demand sensing, deliver plans to the Master Scheduler, and maintain forecast data, dashboards, and SIOP KPIs in D365 and Power BI.

Lead the assembly facility for low-voltage electrical distribution equipment, own throughput, quality (ISO 9001), safety, budget, and on-time delivery. Align engineering, quality, and supply chain, develop leaders, drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements, and report KPI performance.

Assemble and test moderately complex electrical wiring systems and control panels. Read and interpret multi-circuit schematics, perform electrical testing and troubleshooting, resolve routine rework independently, support quality and safety standards, and assist in training less-experienced wiremen.
