Senior individual contributor who analyzes and optimizes end-to-end production flow for mechanical assembly. Leads value stream mapping, facility/layout planning, production scheduling, standard work, throughput and KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across receiving, assembly, test/QC, and shipping to reduce waste and increase throughput.

Manage day-to-day BI reporting and Microsoft Fabric/Lakehouse operations; lead a small BI team; build and maintain Power BI reports, semantic models, pipelines, and access controls; prioritize and deliver requests across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, and Projects while ensuring KPI consistency, performance, and documentation.

Produce monthly management reporting, maintain model structure and documentation, configure D365 financial planning, and partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and leadership to inform decisions and present recommendations.

Lead hands-on manufacturing process engineering for switchboard and switchgear products: design and document routings, work instructions, line layouts; own process authority, PFMEA and control plans; mentor and manage the manufacturing engineering team; drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, capital and tooling planning, and process-side NPI; partner with Product Engineering, Quality, Production, and Planning to ensure capable, controlled, and safe manufacturing.

Create accurate point-to-point wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and schematic support in AutoCAD for low- and medium-voltage distribution equipment. Manage drawing revisions, coordinate with EE leads, project engineers, and production, follow drafting standards and applicable electrical codes, participate in reviews, and contribute to process and library improvements.

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, support production lines, lead continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), manage equipment and tooling, enable new product introductions, maintain documentation, analyze production data, and support quality and safety compliance to improve efficiency and product quality.

Execute day-to-day accounting to enable on-time, accurate month- and year-end closes: complex journal entries, accruals, and high-risk reconciliations; own AP/AR resolution and GL tie-outs; maintain audit-ready documentation; support and train staff accountants; execute Controller-directed process and system improvements (D365, Excel); escalate issues and ensure vendor/customer record accuracy.

Manage supplier quality for purchased electrical components and raw materials, lead containment and corrective actions (SCARs, 8D), support supplier qualification and audits (ISO 9001), handle customer quality complaints and audits, track quality metrics (PPM, returns), and collaborate with Product Engineering and Supply Chain to drive supplier and product quality improvements.

Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for manufacturing, skilled trades, and engineering roles. Run structured intake conversations, build talent pipelines, use Gem ATS, standardize workflows, ensure compliant hiring, and deliver a strong candidate experience while adapting to evolving priorities.

Design and optimize low- and medium-voltage power systems and switchgear. Create drawings, schematics, and Sequences of Operation. Specify components, support manufacturing, testing, factory witness tests, and field service. Manage projects from design through validation and assist sales with technical proposals.

Assemble and test moderately complex electrical wiring systems and control panels. Read and interpret multi-circuit schematics, perform electrical testing and troubleshooting, resolve routine rework independently, support quality and safety standards, and assist in training less-experienced wiremen.

Translate sales orders and forecasts into daily/weekly work orders, maintain job travelers and production data in D365, coordinate material and capacity with Supply Chain, monitor schedule adherence, report deviations, and recommend continuous improvement to ensure on-time, within-budget manufacturing execution.

Senior-level wireman executing and leading complex electrical and control panel assemblies, performing advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, supporting prototype/NPI builds, mentoring junior wiremen, collaborating with engineering on design/manufacturability issues, and driving process improvements to meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Entry-level role assembling and installing electrical wiring, harnesses, and components for manufactured equipment. Tasks include cutting, stripping, crimping, terminating wires, installing connectors/relays, reading basic wiring diagrams, performing continuity testing, and maintaining a safe work area.
