Leads the Project Management organization across two Ohio manufacturing facilities and oversees approximately $100M in annual customer projects. Responsibilities include managing Project Managers and Coordinators, driving cross-functional execution, overseeing customer relationships, monitoring project schedules, costs, margins, risks, and quality, and establishing consistent governance and performance standards. The role also supports staffing, succession planning, continuous improvement, customer growth, and successful delivery of engineered electrical systems.

Lead plant logistics and warehouse operations: design and optimize warehouse layout, ensure inventory transaction accuracy (D365/ERP), manage material flow to production, arrange transportation, implement cycle count programs and scanning/RFID, build and coach multi-site teams, drive Lean continuous improvement, and maintain safety/OSHA compliance.

Leads and develops an electrical engineering team while remaining hands-on with switchgear, switchboard, and power distribution design. Reviews drawing packages and BOMs, assigns project ownership, manages delivery commitments, provides technical direction, supports customer and Sales communication, and ensures compliance with electrical standards. The role also contributes to design standards, manages capacity and technical risks, and collaborates with Project Management, Production, Procurement, Quality, Sales, and Test teams.
