Lead the enterprise PMO to establish governance, standardize methodologies, and align project portfolios with strategy. Build and mentor the PMO team, drive ERP (preferably D365) adoption, manage portfolio budgets and resources, oversee risk, contracts, P&L, warranty and quality, and deliver executive reporting while championing continuous improvement, safety, and cross-functional collaboration.

Create accurate point-to-point wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and schematic support in AutoCAD for low- and medium-voltage distribution equipment. Manage drawing revisions, coordinate with EE leads, project engineers, and production, follow drafting standards and applicable electrical codes, participate in reviews, and contribute to process and library improvements.

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, support production lines, lead continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), manage equipment and tooling, enable new product introductions, maintain documentation, analyze production data, and support quality and safety compliance to improve efficiency and product quality.
