Lead infrastructure, network, cloud, identity, and security engineering efforts. Own Cisco Meraki networks and Microsoft security platforms (Entra ID, Defender, Intune, Azure), drive MSP-to-internal transitions, manage incidents and vulnerability remediation, provide Tier III support, and establish security policies and Zero Trust practices while mentoring IT staff.

Manage supplier quality for purchased electrical components and raw materials, lead containment and corrective actions (SCARs, 8D), support supplier qualification and audits (ISO 9001), handle customer quality complaints and audits, track quality metrics (PPM, returns), and collaborate with Product Engineering and Supply Chain to drive supplier and product quality improvements.

Provide senior technical leadership for mechanical design of UL 891 low-voltage switchboards from concept through fabrication-ready documentation. Lead design reviews, optimize for DFM/DFA, support production and quality (NCRs, root cause), maintain CAD/MRP data, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement of design standards and tools.
