Hands-on leader who authors and improves manufacturing processes, routings, work instructions, PFMEAs, and control plans. Manages and mentors a manufacturing engineering team, drives Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, partners with Product Engineering and Quality, plans capital/tooling investments, and leads the process side of new product introductions.

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, support production lines, lead continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), manage equipment and tooling, enable new product introductions, maintain documentation, analyze production data, and support quality and safety compliance to improve efficiency and product quality.

Create accurate point-to-point wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and schematic support in AutoCAD for low- and medium-voltage distribution equipment. Manage drawing revisions, coordinate with EE leads, project engineers, and production, follow drafting standards and applicable electrical codes, participate in reviews, and contribute to process and library improvements.
