Own and build environmental, health, and safety programs across assigned manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include Cal/OSHA compliance, NFPA 70E electrical safety, hazardous energy control, industrial hygiene, incident investigations, environmental compliance, training, contractor safety, emergency preparedness, inspections, metrics, and corrective actions. The role requires daily floor presence, cross-functional influence, shared leadership of a safety specialist, and local travel between Sacramento-area facilities.

Owns manufacturing processes for wiring and electrical assembly of switchboards and switchgear. Develops work instructions, routings, tooling, fixtures, process controls, and documentation; supports production troubleshooting; leads Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen improvements; provides electrical design-for-manufacturability feedback; verifies build-to-print conformance; analyzes manufacturing KPIs; and ensures compliance with applicable UL, NFPA, NEC, and ANSI/IEEE standards.

Create accurate point-to-point wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and schematic support in AutoCAD for low- and medium-voltage distribution equipment. Manage drawing revisions, coordinate with EE leads, project engineers, and production, follow drafting standards and applicable electrical codes, participate in reviews, and contribute to process and library improvements.
