Lead and scale HR Operations for a growing manufacturing company: manage employee relations and investigations, ensure compliance, oversee benefits/leave/payroll coordination, administer HR systems and reporting, build scalable workflows, coach managers, and partner on workforce planning while leading a two-person HR generalist team.

Own and govern Microsoft cloud platforms, identity, endpoint management, SharePoint, collaboration services, and cloud recovery capabilities. Lead advanced troubleshooting, architecture, automation, backup and restore testing, security initiatives, documentation, and disaster-recovery readiness. Mentor junior engineering staff, guide service desk escalations, manage vendors, and partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient, and sustainable cloud operations.
