Supports institutional learning technology strategy through LMS administration, instructional and curricular design, academic intervention workflows, faculty development, training, documentation, user support, compliance tracking, and continuous improvement. Partners with academic, IT, student affairs, faculty, and educational specialists to enhance technology-enabled education and maintain effective learning systems and processes.

Leads strategy, administration, and operational oversight for multiple Regional Academic Centers. Responsibilities include expanding clinical education capacity, recruiting and developing faculty, managing hospital and clinical partnerships, approving schedules, ensuring curriculum and COCA compliance, overseeing inspections and reporting, supervising staff, and representing the college with internal and external stakeholders. The role is remote but requires residence near Palm Beach, Florida and extensive travel.

Coordinate and support all student testing activities: create exams and checklists, manage sign-in and scanning, enter materials into assessment software, communicate with students and proctors, process proctor compensation, ensure exam supplies, and assist the Assistant Dean with exam processes and technology.

Manage and optimize access to electronic resources, library systems, and discovery services; develop and maintain library webpages and CMS; oversee technical services (acquisitions, cataloging); collect usage statistics; provide instruction, reference, and research support; train and supervise staff; collaborate with vendors and campus stakeholders to improve library services and user experience.
