Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Regional Academic Centers, ensuring faculty recruitment, retention, accreditation compliance (COCA), student scheduling, partner relationships, faculty development, and program visibility. Serve as primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders, support organizational health initiatives, and manage RAC events, inspections, and reporting.

Coordinate and support all student testing activities: create exams and checklists, manage sign-in and scanning, enter materials into assessment software, communicate with students and proctors, process proctor compensation, ensure exam supplies, and assist the Assistant Dean with exam processes and technology.

Manage and optimize access to electronic resources, library systems, and discovery services; develop and maintain library webpages and CMS; oversee technical services (acquisitions, cataloging); collect usage statistics; provide instruction, reference, and research support; train and supervise staff; collaborate with vendors and campus stakeholders to improve library services and user experience.
