Supports attorneys in managing complex litigation cases across multiple practice areas. Responsibilities include organizing and reviewing discovery, drafting pleadings and correspondence, applying state and federal court procedures, tracking deadlines, coordinating depositions and hearings, managing filing systems, and preparing for arbitration, mediation, and trial.

Independently manages plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation, communicates with clients and providers, reviews and summarizes case records, conducts research, supports attorneys, identifies issues and solutions, and maintains organized electronic and paper files while handling a high-volume workload.

Manage a full caseload of personal injury and/or medical malpractice matters from intake through resolution. Conduct legal research and drafting, handle discovery and depositions, prepare for and attend hearings and trials, collaborate on case strategy with attorneys and staff, and zealously advocate for injured clients.

Manage mass tort and class action caseloads from intake through resolution. Conduct legal research, draft and argue motions, briefs, and pleadings, assist in depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation, and collaborate with senior trial attorneys to develop strategy and advocate for injured clients.
