Conduct legal research, draft and argue motions, briefs, and pleadings, assist in depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation, and collaborate with senior trial attorneys to develop strategy and advocate for injured clients.

Provide litigation support to shareholders and senior attorneys: manage calendars, schedule depositions/hearings, open and maintain files, request records, e-file in state and federal courts, docket deadlines, prepare correspondence, and have direct client contact.
