Partner with Account Executives to engage enterprise engineering teams: lead technical discovery, run hands-on proofs of value, deliver demos and workshops, advise on AI-powered development integration, handle security/compliance queries, and feedback product improvements.

Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and enterprise implementations, drive adoption and long-term value, run advanced workshops, and serve as a senior technical advisor. Troubleshoot escalations, influence product roadmap through customer feedback, create scalable enablement resources, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategic customer outcomes.

Build and maintain the full-stack Publish platform: design scalable APIs and SDKs, enable AI-driven content workflows, ensure reliable visual CMS rendering across diverse customer stacks, lead technical direction, and drive high-quality, customer-focused launches.

Build and ship full-stack features across a visual, component-driven CMS platform. Work on APIs, SDKs, plugins, and the visual editor; ensure reliable integrations, performant browser rendering, and production-quality deployments while partnering with Product and Design and incorporating customer feedback.
