Provides safe, respectful bathing, hygiene, grooming, transfers, and personal care to residents according to individualized care plans. Supports dignity, privacy, independence, and safety; observes and reports changes in condition to licensed nurses. Documents care, weights, and concerns; follows infection prevention procedures; cleans bathing equipment and areas; handles linens and supplies; and attends required training. The role requires a Kansas CNA certification and may involve exposure to bodily fluids, wet environments, weekends, holidays, and additional hours.

Assist with meal preparation and serving according to dietary guidelines, set up dining areas, deliver trays, wash dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, follow food safety procedures, label and store food, provide resident-focused customer service, report dietary concerns, and meet PRN hours.
