Essential Responsibilities:- Assist with preparing and serving meals to residents according to dietary guidelines and menu specifications
- Set up dining areas and deliver trays or meals to residents as needed
- Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment; maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
- Follow food safety and infection control procedures
- Ensure all food items are properly labeled and stored
- Provide excellent customer service and foster positive relationships with residents
- Support the dietary team in daily kitchen operations and tasks as assigned
- Report any resident concerns or dietary issues to the supervisor promptly
- Meet PRN Hours requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required
- Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
