Lead and scale Brigit's IT Operations: manage day-to-day support, own IAM/SSO (Okta), maintain VPN and security tooling (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls), drive audit readiness (SOC, PCI, SOX), improve incident response, document processes, and partner cross-functionally on security and compliance.

Lead Brigit's product organization across product management, design, and research. Own product vision, roadmaps, and outcomes (acquisition, conversion, engagement, monetization). Build and scale cross-functional teams, drive data-informed experimentation, and partner with engineering, data, and marketing to optimize product velocity and business metrics in a regulated consumer fintech environment.

Own FP&A functions including strategic modeling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, and unit economics. Partner cross-functionally to deliver insights to leadership, improve finance processes, automate work, and support hiring and mentorship of analysts.
