Own product strategy, execution, and experimentation for AI-powered web and mobile experiences. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and launch features. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with brand and design-system standards. Conduct user research and usability testing, use AI tools and vibe-coding to rapidly test concepts, contribute to product roadmaps, and support a collaborative design culture.

Own and scale AWS production infrastructure, improve CI/CD automation, lead incident response and RCA reporting, strengthen security and observability, manage cloud costs, and build cross-region disaster recovery and failover capabilities. The role requires operating Kubernetes clusters, Terraform infrastructure, monitoring and logging platforms, database and messaging systems, and cloud security controls.

Lead end-to-end predictive modeling and experimentation for risk, segmentation, underwriting, and matching. Build, train, deploy, and monitor supervised/unsupervised/forecasting ML models and AI agents. Lead frontend-facing AI product experiences across web and mobile: define strategy, run experiments, ship conversational AI and agentic UX, partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science and ML, and drive metrics-informed product decisions to deliver business impact.

Leads finance operations and strategy in a fintech environment, covering budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, accounting, audits, tax compliance, treasury, investor support, internal controls, ERP automation, and financial reporting. Partners with leadership, product, technology, banks, investors, and business teams to improve profitability, controls, scalability, and data-driven decision-making.

Owns PR and corporate communications across India and the US, including media relations, corporate storytelling, earned-media campaigns, executive positioning, social media, content development, reputation monitoring, and PR agency management. The role partners with founders, CXOs, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and other teams to strengthen Bright’s visibility, credibility, and differentiated positioning in fintech and consumer technology.

Lead Bright's creative growth engine: conceive and launch themed multi-channel campaigns, build influencer/creator programs, produce hooks/copy/video concepts, partner with paid acquisition, own customer communications (in-app, email, landing pages), ensure regulatory compliance, and run a high-velocity creative testing and production pipeline.

Build, test, and deploy scalable backend components (primarily Django/Python). Implement algorithms and subsystems for lending and user communications.
