Own Bright Money’s end-to-end finance function across FP&A, accounting, controllership, compliance, financial operations, systems, and reporting for India and U.S. entities. Lead budgeting, forecasting, close, audits, tax, controls, revenue reconciliation, automation, board reporting, and business partnering. Build and manage the India finance team while supporting the company’s rapid fintech growth.

Build and maintain automation frameworks for mobile, API, and web testing. Develop end-to-end functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and resilience tests; integrate and monitor tests in CI/CD pipelines; analyze failures, support defect triage, and perform root-cause analysis. Collaborate with engineering and product teams on shift-left quality practices, track automation metrics, and use GenAI tools to improve test design and productivity.

Own credit card and AI product initiatives from strategy through launch, measurement, and scaling. Build agentic workflows using LLMs, tools, automation, and intelligent decisioning. Partner with engineering, data science, design, risk, compliance, and operations to prototype, evaluate, and productionize AI experiences. Define success metrics, run experiments, improve reliability and guardrails, and translate emerging AI capabilities into customer and business outcomes.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a US consumer credit card, including strategy, roadmap, requirements, launch, growth, experimentation, and optimization. Partner with Engineering, Design, Risk, Credit, Operations, leadership, and external issuers. Analyze customer behavior, funnels, cohorts, metrics, and unit economics to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, spend, retention, and monetization.

Own quality engineering for Bright’s mobile, API, and web products. Design scalable automation frameworks, integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines, lead functional and non-functional testing, analyze defects, establish testing standards, mentor engineers, track quality metrics, and apply AI tools to test generation and coverage analysis. The role requires hands-on coding, technical leadership, and accountability for release quality.

Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape strategy, establish operating cadence, drive cross-functional initiatives, prepare board and investor communications, monitor business performance, and lead strategic projects. The role progressively assumes ownership of functions, teams, and P&L with a path to Chief Operating Officer.

The Software Development Engineer II (Backend) will design, develop, and deploy backend systems using Django, collaborate with teams, mentor junior engineers, and focus on quality and performance.

Own product strategy, execution, and experimentation for AI-powered web and mobile experiences. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and ML teams to ship conversational AI, intelligent product flows, and consumer fintech features. Define metrics, run experiments, move quickly, and manage an independent business unit with P&L ownership.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of banking platform capabilities including account onboarding, verification, payments, settlements, partner integrations, and reconciliation. Define requirements, metrics, controls, and resilience plans while coordinating Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and senior leadership. Improve internal developer and product-team experience through reliable APIs, documentation, and self-service tools. The role requires strong technical fluency in backend platforms, distributed systems, cloud architecture, and regulated financial infrastructure.

Own and scale AWS production infrastructure, improve CI/CD automation, lead incident response and RCA reporting, strengthen security and observability, manage cloud costs, and build cross-region disaster recovery and failover capabilities. The role requires operating Kubernetes clusters, Terraform infrastructure, monitoring and logging platforms, database and messaging systems, and cloud security controls.

Lead end-to-end predictive modeling and experimentation for risk, segmentation, underwriting, and matching. Build, train, deploy, and monitor supervised/unsupervised/forecasting ML models and AI agents. Partner with product, engineering, and operations to embed models in production, run A/B tests and lift analyses, and mentor junior data scientists while ensuring model governance and strong statistical rigor.

Lead frontend-facing AI product experiences across web and mobile: define strategy, run experiments, ship conversational AI and agentic UX, partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science and ML, and drive metrics-informed product decisions to deliver business impact.

Owns PR and corporate communications across India and the US, including media relations, corporate storytelling, earned-media campaigns, executive positioning, social media, content development, reputation monitoring, and PR agency management. The role partners with founders, CXOs, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and other teams to strengthen Bright’s visibility, credibility, and differentiated positioning in fintech and consumer technology.

Lead Bright's creative growth engine: conceive and launch themed multi-channel campaigns, build influencer/creator programs, produce hooks/copy/video concepts, partner with paid acquisition, own customer communications (in-app, email, landing pages), ensure regulatory compliance, and run a high-velocity creative testing and production pipeline.

Own end-to-end engagement and lifecycle for a product line: activation, retention, re-engagement, and win-back. Operate growth cadence, analyze funnel/cohort data, connect growth to unit economics, run experiments, coordinate across teams, and ship initiatives using AI-native tooling. Grow into GM/P&L ownership over time.
