Lead Bright's creative growth engine: conceive and launch themed multi-channel campaigns, build influencer/creator programs, produce hooks/copy/video concepts, partner with paid acquisition, own customer communications (in-app, email, landing pages), ensure regulatory compliance, and run a high-velocity creative testing and production pipeline.

Build, test, and deploy scalable backend components (primarily Django/Python). Implement algorithms and subsystems for lending and user communications. Solve complex engineering problems with simple designs. Collaborate cross-functionally and perform analytics using SQL to inform product and marketing decisions.

Own end-to-end engagement and lifecycle for a product line: activation, retention, re-engagement, and win-back. Operate growth cadence, analyze funnel/cohort data, connect growth to unit economics, run experiments, coordinate across teams, and ship initiatives using AI-native tooling. Grow into GM/P&L ownership over time.
