What is the team & role about?

We’re looking for a Product Manager to work closely with the product leadership team to build and scale our new credit card product for consumers in the US.
This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work across the entire product lifecycle — from defining the customer problem and product strategy to launching, iterating, and scaling the product. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Risk, Credit, Growth, Operations, and external partners to build a compelling credit card experience.
What will you do?

  • Own key parts of the credit card product end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap to execution and growth.

  • Deeply understand customer needs, credit behavior, and competitive products to identify high-impact opportunities.

  • Work with engineering and design to ship 0→1 product experiences and continuously improve existing ones.

  • Partner with Risk, Credit, Operations, and external card/issuer partners to solve complex fintech problems.

  • Define product metrics, analyze funnels and cohorts, and use data to make product decisions.

  • Run experiments to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, spend, retention, and overall unit economics.

  • Translate ambiguous business and customer problems into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.

  • Work closely with senior leadership to prioritize opportunities and drive execution in a fast-moving environment.

Ideal candidate profile looks like

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, consumer technology, lending, payments, or credit.

  • Hands-on experience with building a credit card product (Either in India or the US)

  • High ownership experience of e2e product or high impact areas of Activation, Retention and Monetization of the Card

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you’re comfortable going deep into data and figuring out why something is happening.

  • Experience taking products from idea → launch → iteration, with a strong bias toward execution.

  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with limited hand-holding.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Customer obsession combined with strong commercial judgment.
