Bright has launched an AI money assistant and AI agentic UX flows for access to credit. It will be the first AI-driven Consumer FinTech for middle-income consumers.

What is the team & role about?
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our AI product team and help build the next generation of AI-powered and agentic experiences for our customers.
You’ll work closely with product leadership, engineering, design, data science, and business teams to identify high-value opportunities where AI can fundamentally improve how customers interact with financial products.
This is a hands-on role for someone excited about building and shipping AI products, not just writing AI strategies.
What will you do?
Own key parts of the credit card product end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap to execution and growth.
Own AI product initiatives end-to-end — from identifying customer problems to prototyping, launching, measuring, and scaling solutions
Identify opportunities to use LLMs, agents, automation, and intelligent decisioning to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
Design and build agentic workflows that can reason, take actions, use tools, and complete multi-step tasks on behalf of customers.
Work closely with engineering and AI/ML teams on LLM architecture, agent workflows, tool use, evaluations, guardrails, and reliability.
Define product success metrics and build frameworks to evaluate AI experiences across quality, accuracy, task completion, customer outcomes, and business impact.
Rapidly prototype new AI experiences and turn promising concepts into production-ready products.
Run experiments and continuously iterate on prompts, workflows, UX, models, and underlying product logic.
Partner with Risk, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders to responsibly deploy AI in a financial-services environment.
Stay close to the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem and translate new capabilities into practical product opportunities.
Ideal candidate profile looks like
3+ years of product management experience,
Has owned and built AI/ML products
Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, AI agents, RAG, tool calling, and evaluation frameworks.
Experience taking AI products from 0→1 and into production.
Strong product sense — you can distinguish between an interesting AI demo and a product that actually solves a customer problem.
Strong analytical and experimentation skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Comfortable working closely with engineers and data scientists and getting into the technical details when required.
Ability to operate in high ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in fintech, lending, payments, or other regulated industries is a strong plus.
