Manages program delivery across assigned centers, including strategy, budgets, team coaching, stakeholder engagement, progress reviews, reporting, sustainability, and student placement partnerships. Supports site expansion, administrative needs, and baseline or end-line assessments while ensuring quality delivery and employment readiness for participating youth.

Supports learning and development through curriculum and assessment design, LMS and MIS monitoring, facilitator training, report writing, content creation, and project proposal support. Conducts field visits and program audits, analyzes data, prepares reports, and contributes to livelihood and school program frameworks. The role requires strong planning, communication, presentation, facilitation, and multilingual skills, along with knowledge of learning theories and activity-based education.

Oversee in-house software development projects from requirements gathering through design, testing, user acceptance, and rollout. Prepare technical specifications, business requirements, training materials, dashboards, data frameworks, API documentation, wireframes, and database schemas. Coordinate developers, designers, QA teams, and technology partners; manage bugs, legacy data uploads, project timelines, contracts, and proposals while ensuring effective delivery and reporting.
