Administer and optimize Microsoft Teams Phone, telephony, voice network, and company mobile device infrastructure. Manage users, phone numbers, calling policies, Direct Routing, SIP trunks, SBCs, mobile device compliance, call routing, and integrations. Troubleshoot complex incidents, monitor performance, support onboarding, document procedures, improve processes through automation, and collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders. Participate in on-call support while ensuring reliable, secure, compliant, and scalable communication services.

Supports administration, configuration, security, troubleshooting, testing, integrations, and optimization of the Yardi platform. The role provides functional support to Accounting, Finance, Operations, Asset Management, Construction, and IT teams; manages access and SOX controls; uses SQL/YSQL for data validation; supports upgrades, releases, migrations, and implementations; and maintains documentation, testing evidence, and procedures.

Provides technical support for corporate, property, and satellite-office users nationwide. Installs and configures computers, operating systems, software, peripherals, and network connections; diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, networking, printer, and end-user issues; supports employee onboarding; and responds to service requests through email, phone, and other electronic channels.

Leads enterprise process improvement, SOP governance, and change management across corporate and field operations. Designs and standardizes workflows, establishes performance metrics, manages SOP documentation and adoption, and supports technology rollouts through stakeholder engagement, training, and communications. Partners cross-functionally with operations, accounting, marketing, HR, and technology teams, presents progress to senior leadership, and may build and mentor a team of business analysts.

Provide paralegal support for fund and corporate legal work: draft and maintain fund documents, manage entity records and KYC, triage vendor contracts and NDAs, assist subpoena responses, handle document execution and invoices, maintain templates and reports, and help explore/implement AI tools to automate routine tasks.

Lead and develop a 4-5 person AP team to manage full-cycle accounts payable with automation, strong controls, payments execution, working capital optimization, reconciliations, and cross-functional process improvements.
