Our Generation Demand Marketing Associate will focus on building and executing marketing campaigns for new property launches. This role combines strategy and execution, managing campaigns, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in property branding, digital advertising, resident retention efforts and presenting our property management services to partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Leadership: Design and implement cost-effective, community-specific marketing plans. Collaborate with digital advertising partners to drive leads.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across campaigns while showcasing the unique identity of each property.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with internal teams, sponsors, and vendors to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Performance Analysis: Track campaign metrics (e.g., SEM, SEO, GA4), optimize strategies, and present actionable insights.
- Project Oversight: Lead marketing initiatives for several projects at a time, manage timelines, and coordinate promotional events.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and prop-tech advancements to guide marketing decisions.
What you should bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred (not required).
- Significant experience with multifamily property management marketing and marketing project management.
- Proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi) and digital tools (SEM, SEO, GA4, social media).
- Dynamic communication, multitasking, and leadership skills are essential.

- 401K: Bridge Investment Group will contribute to your account equal to 100% of the first 4% of pay which you contribute to the plan. These contributions belong 100% to the employee upon their contribution. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled contributing 4%, with up to 6% company match, with the option to opt out. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
- 11 Paid Holidays per year.
- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
