Provides strategic and operational leadership across global, multi-site manufacturing facilities. Oversees production, safety, quality, compliance, lean manufacturing, automation, digital transformation, budgets, capital planning, KPIs, and cost improvements. Leads manufacturing teams, ensures audit readiness and regulatory compliance, aligns production with demand and supply chain capabilities, and drives continuous improvement, efficiency, and succession planning.

Leads overall plant manufacturing operations, including department leadership, workforce hiring and development, KPI management, safety, quality systems, continuous improvement, and strategic execution. Partners with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve manufacturing issues, improve efficiency, support profitability, and maintain a scalable, compliant production environment. Requires extensive manufacturing leadership experience, plastics industry expertise, ERP/MRP familiarity, quality systems knowledge, and Lean Manufacturing experience.

Maintain and review corporate cost accounting functions, including product costing methodology, bills of manufacture, monthly results, financial analysis, forecasts, budgets, audits, documentation, reporting, and ad hoc projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and complete process improvements while ensuring manufacturing costs and financial results are accurate.

Designs, programs, commissions, troubleshoots, and supports PLC, HMI, and PC-based control systems for manufacturing equipment. Develops electrical schematics, selects components, designs control panels, performs risk assessments, and applies industry standards. Collaborates on engineering documentation, schedules, budgets, process improvements, and equipment commissioning while following quality, environmental, and safety requirements. Requires occasional travel and effective teamwork.

Installs, configures, upgrades, monitors, and maintains servers, computers, network infrastructure, software, and peripherals. Provides Tier 3 help desk support, manages Active Directory accounts and policies, troubleshoots technical issues, documents processes, and supports system performance and availability. Travels independently to domestic and international facilities for installations, upgrades, training, and technical support. The position is on-site in Reading, Pennsylvania, with regular weekday hours and occasional 24x7 support as needed.

Responsibilities include managing legal intake and contract workflows, maintaining playbooks and clause libraries, preparing documentation and training materials, administering legal technology platforms, organizing department resources, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and contributing to reporting and continuous improvement. The role partners with attorneys and business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, IT, HR, Procurement, and other functions.

Perform on-site inspections and technical analyses of water/wastewater equipment, generate reports with recommendations, develop aftermarket solutions and proposals, coordinate with sales reps and field service, and support training and relationship-building to drive parts, upgrades, and service opportunities.

Operate glue applicator and build product packs to job specifications: read job cards, count pieces, verify glue points and alignment, inspect and repair packs, move materials, record production numbers, and assist material handlers. Work 1st shift with occasional overtime.

Lead design, build, and administer Azure Databricks data pipelines and platform infrastructure. Ensure catalog architecture, data quality, security/governance (Unity Catalog), stakeholder engagement, Power BI administration, cost management, and delivery of complex projects using modern ETL, streaming, and ML capabilities.

Lead sales growth for engineered systems and components by developing opportunities with field-erect and package cooling tower customers. Create strategic plans, manage quotes and bid proposals, maintain CRM and sales forecasts, coordinate cross-functional teams, attend trade shows, support aftermarket and project pre/post-sales activities, and travel regionally to build customer relationships and close contracts.

Drive sales growth for Brentwood's engineered systems and aftermarket parts by managing relationships with Field-Erect and Package Cooling Tower customers. Develop strategic plans, generate quotes, coordinate bid proposals, maintain CRM, support pre/post-sales activities, collaborate cross-functionally (Engineering, Product Management, Marketing), attend trade shows, and meet regional sales targets while traveling across the USA and Canada.

Perform regular site inspections, maintain safety documentation and training records, coordinate and oversee employee safety training, manage incident and compliance reporting, and collaborate with EHS Manager, safety committee, and plant leadership to implement safety programs.

Lead IT strategy and operations including servers, desktops, telephony, ERP, telecommunications and help desk. Manage IT staff, vendor contracts, projects, upgrades, and end-user support while aligning technology with business goals.

Manage global cost accounting records, inventory and E&O reserves, perform variance and ROI analyses, prepare cost reports, support budgeting and month/quarter/year-end close, implement cost systems, train staff, and collaborate with auditors.

Set up and adjust department work centers to meet specifications, interpret blueprints/job orders, troubleshoot tooling and machines, assist operators, perform housekeeping and paperwork, and follow quality and environmental management procedures.

Lead third-shift forming operations: inspect for safety and housekeeping, operate forming equipment, perform QA inspections, coordinate tasks, train employees, complete paperwork, maintain clean/safe area, and assist production as needed.
