Reviews, revises, and negotiates commercial agreements to ensure compliance with corporate policies. Identifies contractual risks, explains modifications to business partners and management, collaborates with sales and internal stakeholders, verifies supporting documentation, maintains digital contract records, monitors relevant legal and regulatory changes, and supports Corporate Counsel and the legal department.

Supports corporate legal operations across commercial contracting, governance, risk, and compliance. Responsibilities include managing legal intake and contract workflows, maintaining playbooks and clause libraries, preparing documentation and training materials, administering legal technology platforms, organizing department resources, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and contributing to reporting and continuous improvement. The role partners with attorneys and business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, IT, HR, Procurement, and other functions.

Support legal operations by streamlining contract workflows, maintaining playbooks and clause libraries, managing contract intake, and supporting change management. Create documentation, trainings, dashboards, and self-service tools; maintain legal files and templates. Liaise with cross-functional teams and support ad-hoc projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across commercial contracting and GRC/D.
