Develops and executes integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, web, social, paid media, and events. Builds campaign plans, manages audience segmentation and lead nurturing, coordinates internal and external resources, tracks KPIs, analyzes performance, and optimizes campaigns using marketing automation and CRM platforms. Collaborates with Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, Events, and other stakeholders across domestic and international markets.

Leads global procurement strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, cost reduction, supplier performance, risk management, and procurement organization development. Oversees ERP/MRP procurement processes, metrics, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional initiatives across manufacturing operations. Partners with executive, engineering, finance, manufacturing, quality, and product leaders to improve cost, quality, delivery, continuity, and profitability.

Maintain and review corporate cost accounting functions, including product costing methodology, bills of manufacture, monthly results, financial analysis, forecasts, budgets, audits, documentation, reporting, and ad hoc projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and complete process improvements while ensuring manufacturing costs and financial results are accurate.
