Own the full-cycle sales process for pharmaceutical advertising solutions, from prospecting and account planning through negotiation, contracting, and campaign activation. Build relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and agencies, manage pipelines and forecasts, develop persuasive proposals, and expand campaigns across brands and enterprise partnerships. Collaborate with Client Success, Product, Data Science, and Operations to launch campaigns and use results to grow strategic accounts.

Conduct healthcare data experiments, feasibility analyses, and evaluations of new data sources to improve audience-building capabilities. Translate client and business priorities into rigorous analyses and recommendations, collaborating independently with client success, product, engineering, and partnerships teams. Deliver client-facing results using healthcare claims, EHR, or similar data while supporting product requirements and commercialization outcomes.

Owns People operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, benefits and 401(k) administration, employee support, performance review coordination, workplace operations, events, HR records, compliance tracking, and internal projects across Boulder and New York City. Partners with Finance, leadership, providers, counsel, and vendors to improve employee processes and workplace experience.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles, including sourcing, candidate assessment, interview coordination, references, and offer closing. Partner with hiring managers to define roles, build pipelines, create structured hiring tools, maintain the ATS, analyze recruiting data, and improve hiring processes. The role also supports employer branding and talent-market insights while building recruiting practices from the ground up at an early-stage startup.

Design and build backend systems, APIs, distributed data pipelines, and cloud-native workloads for a privacy-first healthcare platform. Process and query large datasets using Python, Spark, SQL, and AWS technologies. Lead technical projects and small engineering teams, mentor engineers, drive architecture and execution, and improve production system reliability, scalability, performance, security, and observability.

Own technical product marketing and platform education for an AI-native healthcare commercialization platform. Translate APIs, integrations, data flows, and AI capabilities into customer and partner guidance, documentation, demos, training, and enablement materials. Partner with Product and Engineering to support feature adoption, onboarding, implementation, self-service usage, and AI-enabled knowledge experiences. Bridge technical teams with Sales and Client Services while ensuring accurate, consistent product communication.

The role involves designing and maintaining backend systems, working with large datasets, and architecting distributed systems using AWS services.

The Enterprise Solutions Lead will drive revenue growth by developing sales initiatives, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with agencies in the healthcare advertising industry.

The Senior Product Manager will oversee the Measurement, Planning & Optimization product, drive insights from data, and foster cross-functional collaboration to shape product development and strategy.

The Client Success Manager will build client relationships, guide onboarding, address inquiries, drive retention, provide training, and analyze satisfaction metrics.

Design and evolve BranchLab's visual identity across brand, marketing, sales, and client experience. Produce marketing assets, sales collateral, presentations, motion/video, website visuals, and account-specific storytelling. Build reusable templates, organized asset libraries, and scalable brand guidelines. Leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate creative exploration while maintaining polished, executive-ready outputs and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership.
