KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Measurement Product Strategy

Own the long-term vision, positioning, and roadmap for BranchLab’s measurement and optimization platform across campaign performance, audience insights, attribution, outcome measurement, budget optimization, and AI-powered recommendations.

    Planning & Optimization

Define how customers translate measurement insights into planning decisions, helping them evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, optimize investments, and improve outcomes.

    AI-Powered Insights

Shape an agent-first experience that enables users to ask questions across media, commercial, and healthcare datasets and receive actionable recommendations.

    Measurement Ecosystem Strategy

Evaluate and define BranchLab’s approach to measurement partnerships, DSP integrations, outcomes datasets, clean rooms, privacy-safe measurement methodologies, and industry partnerships.

    Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Commercial, Client Success, and Executive Leadership to align strategy with customer and business outcomes.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years of product management experience with significant ownership of measurement, analytics, attribution, media, or optimization products.

  • Direct experience supporting pharmaceutical advertising measurement.

  • Deep understanding of healthcare marketing measurement methodologies.

  • Experience working with pharmaceutical brands, healthcare agencies, healthcare media organizations, or healthcare data providers.

  • Strong understanding of patient audience activation, media performance evaluation, and healthcare outcome measurement.

  • Experience building data-intensive products involving multiple datasets and fragmented data sources.

  • Demonstrated success defining strategy and leading product initiatives from concept through launch and adoption.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort partnering with data science, analytics, and engineering teams.

  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving alignment across complex organizations.

  • High-agency, entrepreneurial approach to product leadership.

  • Candidates must have experience building or managing products related to pharmaceutical advertising measurement, healthcare media analytics, healthcare attribution, or healthcare outcomes measurement.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Crossix, Veeva, PulsePoint, DeepIntent, Komodo, Swoop, IQVIA, or similar healthcare measurement and media platforms.

  • Experience with media mix modeling, attribution, incrementality testing, or advanced measurement frameworks.

  • Familiarity with healthcare privacy requirements and measurement constraints.

  • Experience building AI-powered analytics, recommendation, or decision-support products.

  • Experience in adtech, martech, healthcare analytics, or media measurement platforms.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
