THE OPPORTUNITY

The Enterprise Solutions Lead role is at the forefront of our sales efforts responsible for driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to achieve company objectives and expand market presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently meet revenue goals by creating and executing strategic sales plans.

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through multiple channels, consistently exceeding sales objectives.

  • Actively manage client accounts, uncovering opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive growth.

  • Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.

  • Use a consultative approach to perform detailed needs assessments and present impactful solutions.

  • Drive timely deal closures through effective negotiations that achieve mutually beneficial results.

  • Stay updated on industry developments to uncover new opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

  • Keep detailed records of sales activities in CRM software to inform future strategies.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

  • Commit to ongoing professional development through continuous training.

  • Represent client interests internally, helping to guide product improvements and enhancements.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Established connections within healthcare marketing and advertising brands and agencies, with the ability to transform them into tangible interest.

  • Extensive expertise in healthcare audience targeting and measurement across digital and TV platforms.

  • Proven history of surpassing sales targets and delivering significant revenue growth in previous roles.

  • Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities, setting priorities, and applying effective sales practices.

  • Dedicated to staying informed about product advancements, sales strategies, and industry trends to improve performance.

  • Exceptional at advocating for client needs within the organization, gathering feedback, and driving product enhancements.

  • Consistently recognized as a top-performing sales professional in past roles.

  • Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, and closing large-scale deals with enterprise clients.

  • Experienced in navigating complex sales processes and influencing decision-makers across various stakeholders.

  • Highly self-driven and focused on meeting and exceeding sales goals.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Specialized knowledge of healthcare data and pharmaceutical commercialization

  • Passion for AI and improving productivity using the latest tools

Skills Required

  • Established relationships with WPP, Publicis or OMD agencies
  • Understanding of the TV advertising marketplace, including traditional linear TV, CTV, Addressable, and digital advertising
  • Familiarity with audience targeting across digital and linear addressable inventory
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving substantial revenue growth
  • Strong ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships
