The Client Success Manager will build client relationships, guide onboarding, address inquiries, drive retention, provide training, and analyze satisfaction metrics.

Design and evolve BranchLab's visual identity across brand, marketing, sales, and client experience. Produce marketing assets, sales collateral, presentations, motion/video, website visuals, and account-specific storytelling. Build reusable templates, organized asset libraries, and scalable brand guidelines. Leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate creative exploration while maintaining polished, executive-ready outputs and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership.
