Partner with hiring managers to define roles, build pipelines, create structured hiring tools, maintain the ATS, analyze recruiting data, and improve hiring processes. The role also supports employer branding and talent-market insights while building recruiting practices from the ground up at an early-stage startup.

Design and build backend systems, APIs, distributed data pipelines, and cloud-native workloads for a privacy-first healthcare platform. Process and query large datasets using Python, Spark, SQL, and AWS technologies. Lead technical projects and small engineering teams, mentor engineers, drive architecture and execution, and improve production system reliability, scalability, performance, security, and observability.

Own technical product marketing and platform education for an AI-native healthcare commercialization platform. Translate APIs, integrations, data flows, and AI capabilities into customer and partner guidance, documentation, demos, training, and enablement materials. Partner with Product and Engineering to support feature adoption, onboarding, implementation, self-service usage, and AI-enabled knowledge experiences. Bridge technical teams with Sales and Client Services while ensuring accurate, consistent product communication.
