Define experimentation roadmaps, run A/B and multivariate tests, partner with engineering, design, data, and marketing to improve traffic quality, funnel conversion, and GMV through data-driven product initiatives and localized experiences.

Build and maintain Bounce's web and mobile products, owning features end-to-end. Collaborate globally to design APIs, write high-quality TypeScript/Elixir/Ruby code, improve CI/CD, and ensure excellent user experiences while iterating rapidly in one-week cycles.
