Bounce is building cloud storage for the physical world. We started with the largest luggage storage network on the planet: 35,000+ local businesses in 4,000 cities across 100+ countries, where travelers can drop their bags and get on with their day. Now we're expanding into luggage delivery and our own 24/7 lockers.
We're a small, scrappy team with offices in Lisbon, San Francisco, and Tokyo. We move fast, test ideas early, and change course when the data tells us to. If you want to help make the world a lighter place, you'll fit right in.
Bounce was named the Inc 5000's fastest-growing travel company in the USA in 2024 and is backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, including Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst, and Sapphire.
About the roleAs Bounce's Partnerships Intern, you'll join our Partnerships team for 6 months and help drive demand growth through our affiliate program. You'll build relationships with businesses that put Bounce in front of travelers, and turn each one into a partner that regularly sends bookings our way. You'll own your own market, work a daily pipeline, and be mentored one-to-one by one of the two people who built this channel at Bounce. By the end of the program you'll have run hundreds of partner conversations, negotiated commercial terms, and have a track record you can point to.
Start date: January 2027
Duration: 6 months
Where you come in
You own partner acquisition in your market, from the first conversation to activation, to the partner's first booking
You work a daily pipeline of leads that arrive already researched and qualified, so your time goes into conversations, not spreadsheets
You run the discovery call, work out whether there's a real fit, and follow up when people don't pick up first time
You negotiate commercial terms, onboard the partner and make sure they're actively sending bookings to Bounce
You're accountable for partners that produce, not partners you simply sign. Your target is clear: 100 new producing partners over the six months
You log every conversation, because decisions about the programe are made on the data you collect
You work closely with your mentor and manager, who qualified every lead you call and coach you on the ones that go wrong
You're fluent in English, and fluent in Portuguese, French or Italian
Some commercial experience is a plus, though not required (an internship or otherwise)
You're confident on the phone and at volume, and you stay resilient when most calls go unanswered
You can hold a credible, professional conversation with business owners and operations leads. These are commercial conversations with people running real businesses
You're organized enough to work a list in order rather than cherry-picking, and honest enough to log the calls that went badly
You're curious about why a "no" happens, and use it to get better
Nice to have: experience in travel, hospitality, or any partnerships or B2B background
