Responsibilities include custom WordPress development, responsive design, performance optimization, hosting and infrastructure management, website security, integrations, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, and technical support. The role also identifies and implements practical AI-powered features, chatbots, automations, digital products, and third-party integrations while collaborating with Marketing and internal stakeholders.

Provides reception and front-office support while assisting with HR onboarding, offboarding, employee clearances, benefits administration, visa and travel documentation, employee records, and HR data management. The role coordinates visitors, calls, deliveries, meetings, employee requirements, and confidential documentation while ensuring accurate follow-through across multiple deadlines.

Develop and maintain Zoho Deluge custom functions, secure REST API integrations, webhooks, and server-side business logic. Coordinate telecommunications and infrastructure project operations across Australia, including technician scheduling, workforce logistics, job pack preparation, safety and compliance documentation, field communications, sign-offs, and client handovers. The role requires confident management of remote field teams, scheduling conflicts, project deadlines, and operational risks while maintaining strong communication and process compliance.

Prepare Australian tax compliance and financial statements for complex business clients, including property development companies. Responsibilities include BAS and IAS returns, income tax returns, management reports, depreciation schedules, FBT, CGT, GST, Division 7A calculations, ASIC company searches, and dividend resolutions. The role requires strong Australian accounting knowledge, property development expertise, attention to detail, client management skills, and proficiency with accounting and document-management software.

Prepare and review Australian tax returns, financial statements, BAS, IAS, GST, FBT, CGT, and compliance work for individuals and various business entities. Manage client portfolios and complete jobs through review and lodgment while maintaining statutory deadlines and budgets.
