Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Astute Payroll, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payments under Australian legislation. Review payroll data, process adjustments, maintain records, resolve discrepancies and employee queries, complete reconciliations and reporting, and protect confidential information. The role requires independent workload ownership, strong attention to detail, and continuous payroll process improvement. Bullhorn experience is advantageous. The position supports a recruitment-focused environment serving Australian blue-collar industries.

Creates coordinated façade shop, fabrication, and 3D technical drawings from architectural and structural plans. Develops parametric models of façade components and systems, prepares bills of materials and manufacturing information, and coordinates with project managers, engineers, site teams, and factory personnel. The role requires expertise in façade systems, fabrication workflows, Autodesk Inventor, and AutoCAD, along with strong drawing interpretation, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Prepare and review Australian trust, company, individual, and SMSF tax and financial accounting work. Produce financial statements and workpapers, support SMSF audits, ensure tax compliance, identify discrepancies, and manage assignments through completion. The role requires proactive communication with Australian clients, independent work, attention to detail, and proficiency with Xero, BGL, MYOB Reporter, and Excel. It starts part-time remotely with potential expansion to five days per week.
