Leads technical and non-technical banking projects from requirements through delivery. Translates business needs into technical specifications, manages project plans, risks, vendors, stakeholders, and change initiatives, and supports data integration and system implementations. Develops process documentation, workflows, data models, and reporting solutions while advising executives and recommending technology improvements. Provides leadership, coaching, and subject matter expertise across banking applications and platforms.

Serves as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver banking technology projects. Perform complex commercial credit analysis and underwriting for new and existing lending relationships. Evaluate financial statements, cash flow, repayment capacity, collateral, covenants, and borrower risk. Prepare credit memorandums and recommendations, monitor portfolio performance, recommend risk-rating changes, support loan approvals and renewals, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Partner with lenders and internal departments while serving as a trusted resource on credit decisions.
