Performs complex commercial credit analysis and underwriting for new and existing lending relationships. Prepares credit memorandums and recommendations, supports loan structuring and approvals, monitors portfolio performance, identifies emerging risks, recommends risk-rating changes, and ensures compliance with bank policies, regulations, and fair-lending standards. Partners with lenders and internal teams to maintain a sound commercial loan portfolio.

Prepare underwriting memorandums, recommend risk ratings and loan structures, monitor portfolio performance, identify emerging risks, and support lenders with approvals, renewals, and exceptions. Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and fair lending standards while maintaining accurate credit administration.
