Performs complex commercial credit analysis and underwriting for new and existing lending relationships. Evaluates financial statements, cash flow, repayment capacity, collateral, covenants, and borrower risk. Prepares credit memorandums, recommends risk ratings and loan structures, monitors portfolio performance, identifies emerging risks, and supports lenders with approvals, renewals, and compliance. Ensures adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and fair lending standards while serving as a resource to lenders and internal partners.

Evaluates financial statements, cash flow, collateral, repayment capacity, covenants, and portfolio risks; prepares credit memorandums and recommendations; supports loan structuring, approvals, renewals, monitoring, and risk-rating changes. Partners with lenders and internal departments while ensuring compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and fair lending standards.

Process and reconcile daily deposit reports, manage ACH and wire transactions, handle exceptions (NSF, stop payments, positive pay), support fraud prevention and regulatory compliance, maintain account maintenance and ATM/Virtual Vault activities, assist Treasury Management and provide backup across deposit operations.
