Investigates and mitigates fraudulent activity involving checks, ACH, ATM, POS, and customer accounts. Monitors fraud alerts, reviews suspicious transactions, processes Regulation E disputes and chargebacks, documents investigations, and supports loss recovery. The role maintains regulatory compliance, protects confidential information, assists with employee fraud education, collaborates with internal teams and law enforcement, and provides customer assistance with fraud-related concerns.

Leads treasury management operations, client relationship development, consultative sales, solution implementation, onboarding, and complex issue resolution. Serves as a treasury subject matter expert, analyzes client and portfolio data, recommends cash management and payment solutions, supports commercial deposit growth, and mentors Treasury Management Specialists. Oversees documentation, reconciliations, audits, risk assessments, service fee reviews, cash logistics, and special projects while monitoring payment technology and industry trends.

Serves as a treasury management subject matter expert for commercial clients, developing relationships, selling cash management and payment solutions, conducting needs analyses, and supporting onboarding and implementation. Analyzes account and transaction data to identify growth opportunities, resolves complex service issues, ensures documentation and compliance accuracy, mentors treasury specialists, and monitors emerging payment technologies. Supports reporting, audits, risk assessments, reconciliations, fee reviews, conversions, and special projects.
