Responsibilities include logging and resolving incidents, troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, email, mobile devices, hardware, printers, VPNs, networks, security tools, and business applications. The role handles multiple tickets, supports end users by phone and remotely, researches issues, and independently determines resolutions.

Provide remote and occasional onsite IT support for client hardware, software, Windows, macOS, and Microsoft server environments. Manage help desk tickets, document resolutions, troubleshoot networks and firewalls, administer Microsoft 365, support virtualization, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, wireless access points, and assist with cloud migrations. Generate and install certificates on IIS web servers while delivering patient, customer-focused service.

Leads Blue Mantis’s finance organization, overseeing FP&A, accounting, treasury, financial operations, governance, compliance, and business partnership. Provides executive financial insight, strengthens controls and accountability, improves processes and systems, and scales finance capabilities to support organic and acquisition-driven growth. Advises senior leadership, supports board and lender reporting, develops finance talent, and serves as a proxy for the CFO or COO when appropriate.

Leads presales discovery, enterprise network and security architecture, technical qualification, cost modeling, proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and delivery handoffs. Designs solutions spanning routing, switching, SD-WAN, SASE, wireless, data center, cloud connectivity, segmentation, NAC, and firewalls across Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Fortinet platforms. Advises senior clients, aligns technical solutions to business value, coordinates sales and delivery teams, mentors architects, and develops reusable presales assets.

Leads technical presales engagements for complex enterprise networking and network security solutions. Conducts client discovery, assesses environments, designs multi-domain architectures, develops cost models and proposals, supports RFPs, presents solutions, and coordinates handoffs to delivery. Serves as a senior advisor across Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Fortinet platforms, while mentoring architects and collaborating with sales, engineering, vendors, and delivery teams.

Leads client discovery and presales solution architecture for enterprise networking and network security environments. Designs solutions spanning routing, switching, SD-WAN, SASE, wireless, data center, segmentation, NAC, firewalls, cloud connectivity, and adjacent technologies. Develops cost models, estimates, proposals, RFP responses, and Statements of Work while aligning sales and delivery teams. Advises senior stakeholders, supports technical presentations, mentors architects, and contributes reusable designs and presales process improvements.

Leads presales discovery, enterprise network and security architecture, technical qualification, cost modeling, proposals, demonstrations, and Statements of Work for complex client pursuits. Designs solutions across routing, switching, SD-WAN, SASE, wireless, data center, cloud connectivity, segmentation, and security using Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Fortinet platforms. Partners with sales, delivery, engineering, vendors, and distributors; advises senior stakeholders, resolves design tradeoffs, mentors architects, and improves reusable presales assets and processes.

Drive new business and expand existing accounts by selling Blue Mantis solutions (Managed Services, Professional Services, Product Solutions, ServiceNow). Meet sales targets, develop territory/account plans, manage pipelines and forecasts, collaborate with technical teams and partners, prepare proposals and presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction and contractual fulfillment.

Serve as a Cloud FinOps Success Manager advising Azure customers on billing, licensing, and cost optimization. Conduct business reviews, own post-sales relationships, document processes, define KPIs/SLAs, and deliver scalable FinOps onboarding, provisioning, reporting, and escalation practices to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Provide onsite first/second-level desktop support via phone, walk-in, and ServiceNow tickets. Troubleshoot hardware, OS imaging/configuration, printers, mobile devices, basic networking and VPNs. Maintain ticket updates, knowledgebase articles, and client documentation; participate in help desk queue and occasional on-site travel.

Manage post-sales cloud customer relationships for a Cloud Solution Partner program: conduct business reviews, identify cost-optimization, escalate and resolve issues, document processes, define KPIs/SLAs, and ensure high customer satisfaction while steering CSP operations.

Support and administer enterprise server, virtualization, cloud, and network environments (Windows/Linux/Unix, AWS/Azure/O365, VMware). Monitor systems with SolarWinds/DataDog, lead incident resolution per SLAs, implement secure networking, manage backups/DR (Rubrik/Zerto), document topologies, and automate tasks. Design, implement, govern, and support enterprise Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Own platform architecture, ALM, environment/DLP policies, CoE governance, integrations with Microsoft 365/Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and provide operational support and citizen-developer enablement.
