Develop new business, manage and expand customer relationships, exceed sales quotas, and drive revenue across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts. The role involves consultative selling of managed, professional, product, cloud, infrastructure, security, and ServiceNow solutions; territory planning; prospecting; pipeline forecasting; proposals; contract execution; and collaboration with technical, project, marketing, vendor, and partner teams.

Designs cloud and enterprise IT solutions for prospective customers, conducts product demonstrations, develops technical proposals and statements of work, creates quotes, advises customers during sales, and supports transition into onboarding. The role requires strong cloud, networking, communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills, with experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.

Provides first-level remote technical support for managed-services clients. Responsibilities include logging and resolving incidents, troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, email, mobile devices, hardware, printers, VPNs, networks, security tools, and business applications. The role handles multiple tickets, supports end users by phone and remotely, researches issues, and independently determines resolutions.
