The role requires real-time EDI 27X expertise, supports healthcare-related integrations, participates in on-call rotation, and may mentor junior analysts at higher levels.

Develops and maintains business intelligence reporting solutions, data models, dashboards, and visualizations. Partners with business leaders, subject matter experts, and IT to gather requirements, integrate source data, analyze trends, ensure reporting accuracy, and deliver actionable insights. Provides ad hoc analysis, dashboard education, project communication, and ongoing analytics support using tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Domo, and Snowflake.

Manages investment accounting close activities, statutory and GAAP reporting, NAIC schedules, regulatory filings, internal controls, audits, and process improvements. Oversees accurate investment accounting data, reconciliations, documentation, and management reporting while partnering with finance and cross-functional teams. Leads remediation and control enhancements, communicates financial results and risks to leadership, and coaches team members in a regulated insurance environment.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and execution of large-group health insurance products. Leads network design, buy-up programs, portfolio optimization, market research, concept discovery, financial performance, cross-functional delivery, and launch readiness. Partners with sales, operations, finance, clinical, compliance, technology, vendors, and executive leadership to develop scalable, competitive offerings for employer-sponsored health plans.
