Analyzes healthcare quality and performance data, creates reports, dashboards, presentations, and enterprise data extracts, and designs SQL-based ETL solutions. Supports implementation and optimization of the enterprise data warehouse, data governance, automation, data mapping, issue resolution, user acceptance testing, and stakeholder communication. The role also mentors junior analysts, develops project schedules, and provides analytical support for business decisions.

Develop and maintain business-critical software systems, databases, interfaces, reports, and documentation. Participate in the full Systems Development Life Cycle, including design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, data mapping, source control, and implementation support. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, respond to internal customer requests, create ad hoc reports, and participate in projects. Senior and lead levels may mentor junior programmers and support technology planning, while some roles facilitate Scrum activities.

Serves as the primary contact for contracted healthcare providers, resolving inquiries and coordinating provider education. Maintains provider relationships, conducts and documents recurring provider visits, reconciles rosters, reviews quality and reporting data, and collaborates internally to resolve issues. The role may provide team training, coaching, project oversight, escalation support, and process improvement. Requires professional communication, problem-solving, analytical research, confidentiality, independent prioritization, and the ability to manage provider groups and hospitals.
