The Supplier Quality Engineer manages supplier quality performance through scorecards, audits, inspections, corrective action requests, and continuous improvement programs. The role supports material review, nonconformance disposition, supplier selection, and incoming and outgoing quality processes. It collaborates with manufacturing, operations, receiving inspection, and program management to resolve material quality issues using trend analysis, root-cause assessment, KPIs, and corrective actions. A technical bachelor’s degree, at least two years of applicable experience, and strong supplier communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Coordinates construction program workstreams across office and field environments. Responsibilities include buyout logs, invoices, purchase orders, financial deliverables, change orders, supply-chain tracking, document control, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client reporting, meeting support, and onsite safety and quality processes. The role also trains junior APMs, improves workflows, and supports project managers with execution and dispute resolution. Travel may range from 25% to 50% depending on project needs.

Supports end-to-end modular construction project execution through schedule and buyout log maintenance, information routing, quality tracking, meeting coordination, closeout documentation, and field support. Assists with module set activities, material receiving, subcontractor onboarding, safety and quality observations, progress reporting, daily logs, issue tracking, punch lists, and warranty turnover. The role combines office-based program coordination with onsite construction support and requires travel based on project phase.

Leads one or more modular construction programs, owning P&L, margins, client relationships, team structure, operational standards, and strategic pipeline input. Manages and develops program managers, intervenes in financially or operationally distressed programs, oversees scheduling, procurement, reporting, claims, and executive business reviews. Represents BLOX with C-suite clients and enterprise leadership while driving safety, quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across programs. Travel may reach 25% depending on program needs.

Leads end-to-end modular construction project delivery across design, manufacturing, construction, and closeout. Manages schedules, financials, procurement, contracts, change orders, risk, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting. Coordinates cross-functional teams, vendors, subcontractors, clients, and regulatory stakeholders. Provides onsite leadership during critical milestones, overseeing quality, safety, inspections, commissioning, turnover, and client acceptance. Mentors associate project managers and supports estimating, cost modeling, and continuous improvement.

Leads BLOX’s estimating and preconstruction function across modular construction programs, owning pricing accuracy, margins, cost databases, estimating systems, schedules, risk analysis, value engineering, subcontractor pricing, and client negotiations. Builds and manages the estimating team, presents pricing to executive and C-suite audiences, supports pipeline and contract decisions, and ensures effective handoff to program, design, supply chain, manufacturing, construction, and finance teams.

Owns daily environmental, health, and safety operations across a heavy manufacturing campus. Leads inspections, incident investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, employee training, industrial hygiene monitoring, OSHA recordkeeping, workers’ compensation coordination, contractor safety, and enforcement of core safety programs. Manages EHS staff and partners with operations, maintenance, warehousing, construction, and rigging teams to maintain compliance and drive verified hazard reduction.

Design, analyze, and support facility electrical systems for DMC building projects. Produce and review electrical plans, perform system analyses (coordination, arc flash, illumination, energy), support manufacturing/design integration, manage CAD/Revit modeling, coordinate with customers and construction teams, and ensure compliance with codes and quality standards.

Design and model facility electrical and distribution systems for modular healthcare buildings. Perform calculations, equipment sizing, single-line diagrams, communications and alarm layouts, and generate permitting, manufacturing, and field drawings. Collaborate with MEP team, architects, vendors, and installers; ensure code compliance and participate in quality reviews.

Apply sealants, caulking, and waterproofing materials to joints and penetrations in commercial modular building components. Operate bulk, sausage, and tube guns; install backer rod and two-part urethane caulk. Collaborate with partners, maintain attention to detail, and develop/process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Drive manufacturing process improvements and lean initiatives: analyze processes, develop future-state solutions, reduce cost and waste, create standard work and KPIs, optimize line layouts and manpower, lead root-cause problem solving, and train teams on lean methodologies.

Lead electrical trade field operations, ensuring constructability, labor forecasting, scheduling, quality, and code compliance across manufacturing and construction projects. Serve as the companys licensed electrical authority, manage staffing, inspections, permitting, and training, and coordinate with project teams to meet schedules and regulatory requirements.

Lead and support production teams across multiple lines to meet quality, safety, and schedule goals. Manage material flow, assembly processes, and production metrics. Troubleshoot production issues in real time, drive continuous improvement (lean), collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and project teams, and support budgeting and operational targets.

Lead ownership of electrical systems for a product line, building an electrical operating system, managing design-to-deployment performance, manufacturability, margin, and field scalability. Develop and lead an electrical team, drive cross-functional alignment with manufacturing and construction, reduce deployment variability, support commissioning and early deployments, and create feedback loops for continuous product improvement.

Lead end-to-end DMC projects, driving safety, quality, budget, schedule and client communications. Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, construction, logistics), manage subcontractors, oversee financials and estimating, launch programs, mitigate risks, mentor junior staff, and ensure timely project closeout and continuous improvement.

Install and finish drywall panels in a controlled manufacturing environment: measure, cut, fit, and secure panels to specifications; read blueprints; use hand and power tools; inspect for quality; maintain tools and workspace; lift heavy materials; follow safety procedures and collaborate to meet production goals.

Lead QC inspectors and technicians to perform in-process and final inspections across manufacturing and field construction. Manage non-conformance reporting, measurement/testing (plumbing, electrical, welding, MedGas), verify production documentation, drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, partner with Engineering and Operations, monitor KPIs, develop training, and enforce safety and regulatory compliance.

Lead preconstruction and estimating across assigned programs, develop pricing strategy, produce accurate estimates and bid packages, manage estimators and support teams, perform risk analysis and client presentations, improve estimating tools and processes, coordinate handoffs to operations, and support subcontractor buyout and contract negotiations.
