The Supplier Quality Engineer manages supplier quality performance through scorecards, audits, inspections, corrective action requests, and continuous improvement programs. The role supports material review, nonconformance disposition, supplier selection, and incoming and outgoing quality processes. It collaborates with manufacturing, operations, receiving inspection, and program management to resolve material quality issues using trend analysis, root-cause assessment, KPIs, and corrective actions. A technical bachelor’s degree, at least two years of applicable experience, and strong supplier communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Coordinates construction program workstreams across office and field environments. Responsibilities include buyout logs, invoices, purchase orders, financial deliverables, change orders, supply-chain tracking, document control, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client reporting, meeting support, and onsite safety and quality processes. The role also trains junior APMs, improves workflows, and supports project managers with execution and dispute resolution. Travel may range from 25% to 50% depending on project needs.

Supports end-to-end modular construction project execution through schedule and buyout log maintenance, information routing, quality tracking, meeting coordination, closeout documentation, and field support. Assists with module set activities, material receiving, subcontractor onboarding, safety and quality observations, progress reporting, daily logs, issue tracking, punch lists, and warranty turnover. The role combines office-based program coordination with onsite construction support and requires travel based on project phase.
