Lead preconstruction and estimating across assigned programs: develop pricing strategy, prepare and review estimates and bid packages, manage subcontractor bidding, perform risk analysis and value engineering, mentor estimators, support contracts and buyouts, and coordinate handoffs to operations, design, supply chain, and finance.

Finish drywall in a controlled manufacturing setting: tape, apply joint compound, sand, repair imperfections, use measurement and power/hand tools, inspect surfaces, maintain tools and cleanliness, follow safety, and collaborate to meet production goals.

Apply sealants, caulking, and waterproofing materials to joints and penetrations in commercial modular building components. Operate bulk, sausage, and tube guns; install backer rod and two-part urethane caulk. Collaborate with partners, maintain attention to detail, and develop/process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
