Conduct computational fluid dynamics modeling for next-generation energy products, accelerating physics-based predictions through data and AI integration. Collaborate cross-functionally on model validation and performance optimization, guide product development from concept through production, and present technical recommendations. The role requires strong expertise in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and CFD, along with proficiency in ANSYS Fluent or STAR-CCM+ and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Develops strategic relationships with AI platform, semiconductor, compute, and infrastructure organizations. Builds account plans, maps executive and technical stakeholders, aligns Bloom power architectures with AI infrastructure roadmaps, supports reference designs and validated configurations, and creates joint go-to-market opportunities. Translates technical requirements involving compute, power, cooling, networking, and facilities into business value while generating qualified pipeline and informing product development priorities.

Supports product sustainment and continuous improvement across mechanical systems, including enclosures, plumbing, structural assemblies, ventilation, and electromechanical integration. Investigates field, manufacturing, supplier, and test issues; performs root cause analysis and corrective actions; develops design, cost, reliability, and manufacturability improvements; creates SolidWorks models and drawings; manages BOMs and engineering changes; validates designs; and collaborates with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, service, suppliers, and product development teams.

Provide process engineering support for fuel cell manufacturing, troubleshoot production issues, analyze equipment and product data, improve manufacturing yield, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Develop procedures, documentation, and reaction plans; train production personnel; and collaborate with Quality, Product Development, and Manufacturing teams to improve efficiency and resolve root causes.

Provide hands-on process engineering support for fuel cell manufacturing, troubleshoot real-time production issues, analyze equipment and product data, improve tool matching and manufacturing efficiency, and eliminate failure root causes. Develop procedures and documentation, train production staff, and collaborate with Quality, Product Development, and Manufacturing teams to resolve yield and process problems.

Develop firmware for power electronic converters and I/O interface modules. Responsibilities include firmware design, testing, board and system debugging, circuit schematic interpretation, microcontroller comparison, and communication protocol implementation. The role requires knowledge of power supplies, UPS systems, drives, digital and analog circuits, ADCs, DACs, operational amplifiers, microprocessors, microcontrollers, and DSPs.

Leads failure analysis for fuel cell, electrolyzer, balance-of-plant, hot box, and server components. Investigates field returns, performs systematic teardowns and measurements, identifies root causes, and documents findings. Drives corrective and preventive actions, supplier quality investigations, containment, reliability analysis, and failure-mode detection. Collaborates with engineering, quality, service, manufacturing, logistics, analytics, and suppliers to prevent recurrence and improve product diagnostics. Develops metrics, sampling plans, statistical analyses, and lessons learned for future products.

Provides strategic and tactical HR support across manufacturing locations, advising leaders on employee relations, investigations, performance management, workforce planning, organizational change, talent development, compliance, and engagement. Maintains Workday records, analyzes HR metrics, supports onboarding, recruiting, employee movements, leaves, accommodations, and workers’ compensation, while leading HR programs and cross-functional initiatives.

Leads new product introduction from design through mass manufacturing, including technology transfer, manufacturing and test readiness, DFx reviews, process capability, BOM creation, work instructions, and ECN/deviation implementation. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain, vendors, and contract manufacturers to resolve issues and maintain product quality across global teams.

Direct commercial and project finance legal strategy for Bloom Energy’s global operations. Responsibilities include negotiating supply, lease, power purchase, NDA, construction, and financing agreements; advising project development and finance teams; researching regulations; training stakeholders; and managing cross-functional commercial matters. The role requires renewable energy project finance expertise, strong transactional experience, independent judgment, and a U.S. State Bar license.

The role involves evaluating new product designs, validating them through testing, analyzing field failure data, and collaborating with teams for corrective actions in power conditioning systems.

Deploys and operates OT security platforms across manufacturing sites, designs IT/OT convergence and Purdue-model segmentation, manages asset discovery and enterprise security integrations, and supports PLC/HMI backup, incident response, recovery, and technology rollouts. The role requires hands-on OT/ICS cybersecurity experience in industrial environments, production-floor work, multi-site support, and collaboration with network engineering teams.

Uses workforce metrics to guide decisions and serves as the primary on-site HR presence for the assigned shift.

Validate controls software for functionality, reliability, and deployment readiness. Develop test plans, automated test frameworks, and test benches; simulate operating scenarios and edge cases; debug and track defects; support regression testing and release reviews; and analyze field issues to improve test coverage and validation strategies. The role collaborates with controls engineers across development, integration, factory acceptance testing, and field environments.

Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, models, curated datasets, analytics solutions, and manufacturing automation tools. Support Ignition and Sepasoft MES systems, integrate manufacturing software, and develop solutions for metrology and image inspection data. Apply software engineering practices and independently lead complex cross-functional projects from requirements through deployment.
