Manage strategic enterprise accounts as the primary customer contact, building executive relationships, driving product adoption, retention, and expansion. Develop account strategies, collaborate with Workday and ServiceNow partners, coordinate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, monitor account health and usage data, and deliver executive business reviews. The role requires strong enterprise account management, consultative communication, technical acumen, strategic analysis, and stakeholder management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably HR technology.

Manage end-to-end software implementations for large enterprise customers, from planning through deployment and hypercare. Build executive stakeholder relationships, drive organizational change, support professional services development, and contribute to sales pursuits. Coordinate technical integrations with Product, Data & Analytics, and Engineering teams while tracking adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and value realization. Deliver workshops and training, resolve implementation risks, mentor junior team members, and improve delivery methodologies and processes.

Provide product and technical support for Blink, troubleshooting tickets from triage through resolution within SLAs. Act as a product expert, manage escalations, collaborate with Product and Engineering, improve documentation, and identify automation opportunities. Support both customers and internal colleagues, deliver enablement sessions, communicate clearly with nontechnical audiences, and develop scalable self-service solutions such as training videos, in-app help, and AI-powered workflows.
