Provide product and technical support for Blink, troubleshooting tickets from triage through resolution within SLAs. Act as a product expert, manage escalations, collaborate with Product and Engineering, improve documentation, and identify automation opportunities. Support both customers and internal colleagues, deliver enablement sessions, communicate clearly with nontechnical audiences, and develop scalable self-service solutions such as training videos, in-app help, and AI-powered workflows.

Support SaaS implementations for enterprise customers by coordinating projects, running demos/training, preparing documentation and trackers, managing stakeholder communications, and improving processes using AI tooling. Assist senior implementers on large accounts and independently manage smaller deployments to drive adoption and success.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack integrations and applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, Express, and SQL. Build internal tooling, support customers on technical calls, implement and troubleshoot SSO/SCIM integrations, improve processes for scalability, and provide cross-functional technical guidance.

Build and maintain mobile and web features using React Native, React and JVM backends. Collaborate with designers and product to deliver secure, high-availability, performant experiences, debug and optimize apps, write clean testable code, and ship end-to-end integrations (e.g., Workday).

Lead end-to-end product design for enterprise integrations and US market. Conduct user research, create high-fidelity prototypes for pre-sales, steward the design system, and collaborate closely with product and engineering to deliver mobile-first experiences for frontline and admin users.
